Order Processing

All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that processing and shipping times are separate; processing refers to preparing and packing your order before shipment.

Shipping Methods and Tracking

• Packages are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature by default.
• If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra, which requires a signature upon delivery, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us before selecting this option to arrange and confirm the cost.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package online.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of your shipment.

To minimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping all items into a single order. Please note that we cannot combine separate orders placed independently; shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. However, we take special care to protect fragile items. Boxes are generously sized, and your items are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
